Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY: Under limited supervision of a vice president or administrative director provides administrative support services such as coordinating functions associated with conference arrangements, committee activities and meeting agendas. 

REQUIRED: 

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field from an accredited business school or college, required to compose and prepare confidential reports, tables, memoranda, and other business documents.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations, and the ability to manage a variety of high-level administrative responsibilities.

OR

  • G.E.D. equivalent, supplemented by post-secondary coursework in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field from an accredited business school or college.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations, and the ability to manage a variety of high-level administrative responsibilities.
