We are currently seeking a motivated, talented, and dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our growing San Ramon, CA team.


Responsibilities


The Client Service Teamโ€™s primary goal is to provide exceptional service to clients and to alleviate the administrative burden of our advisors, allowing them to focus on growing their business. You will collaborate within the practice team and among a larger group of Client Services Coordinators, working toward those shared goals.


As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the MVP for the advisors you support, ensuring their practice runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include:


  • Provide front desk coverage as needed
  • Calendar management
  • Client support
  • Review preparation and processing
  • New account setup
  • Money movement
  • Updating client records in our CRM
  • Event support


Under the guidance of our Client Services Manager, you will receive support to excel in your role and grow professionally.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial services support role
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and shift your workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain a positive team attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of custodial platforms (e.g., Fidelity Wealth Central, Pershing NetX360, Schwab Institutional, RJ Advisor), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, RedTail, Smart Office), financial planning platforms (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro), and eSignature platforms (e.g., DocuSign)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
