Nemsys LLC is currently searching for a full-time Client Services Coordinator where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and help ensure exceptional customer service through scheduling, communication, and service coordination.

The right candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers or learning scheduling/software systems.
  • Friendly, professional, and detailed-oriented.
  • Reliable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our Client Services Coordinator will:

  • Answer incoming client calls and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Create and manage service tickets with accurate details
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate service appoints.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate team members when needed.
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally.
  • Maintain accurate schedules and service records.
  • Take messages and support the Client Services Team with administrative tasks.
