Client Services Coordinator

The Affinity Center is an innovative, multidisciplinary treatment center specializing in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD and mood disorders in children and adults.
Applicant Qualifications & Core Competencies
Applicants must demonstrate strong proficiency and competencies in the following areas:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-Experience navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
-Advanced technical aptitude with the ability to transition smoothly across diverse software applications
-A deep commitment to delivering excellent client care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Experience & Front Office: Welcome clients, handle incoming communications and scheduling, maintain clear and timely communication with clinical and medical staff, and provide effective workflow triage and escalation management.
- Revenue Cycle Support: Process daily client charges, perform daily and weekly account reconciliations, and track outstanding balances to support practice cash flow.
- Records & Documentation: Process medical record requests, scan/upload clinical documentation to the EHR, and maintain detailed communication logs to ensure continuity of care.
Education & Experience Requirements:
-High school diploma required; college or trade school education highly preferred
-Minimum 5 years of customer service in a professional or therapeutic setting
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft office programs and EHR experience strongly preferred,
-Understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations preferred
