We focus our efforts on helping clients meet their investmentย objectivesย without the distractions and limitations that can arise within much larger organizations.ย 

The Roleย 

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as aย Director. In this role, you will work closely with the team to manage important aspects of the client relationship. This role is designed for those who have experience managing client relationships in an investment advisory capacity. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:ย 

  • Support to Managing Directors and Partners by providing service and support functions such as: ย 
  • Portfolio analysis, trade execution, accountย maintenanceย and client/prospect meeting preparationย 
  • Review various non-publicly traded alternative investments (real estate, credit etc.) and communicate these strategies to clientsย 
  • Construct performance and asset allocation reports along with the recommended portfolio changesย 
  • Provide exceptional service and devise customized financial strategies for existing/prospective clientsย 
  • Provide investment advice to clients in meetings with Managing Directors and Partners (in some cases one-on-one with the client) ย 
  • Interact with clients, supporting all aspects of their servicing needs;ย ย 
  • Researching client inquiries, managing follow up communication and conducting quarterly performance reviewsย 
Qualificationsย 
  • 6-9+ years of wealth management experienceย 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detailย 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skillsย 
  • Ability to think critically,ย anticipateย issues and prioritize multiple projectsย 
  • Familiarity with operational aspects of business (new account openings, disbursements, etc.)ย 
  • Exceptional relationship buildings skills both inside and outside of the organizationย 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume, high-pressure environmentย 
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plusย 
  • CFA, CFP CAIA designation is a plusย 
  • Experience with Fidelity Investments is a plusย 
  • "No task is too small" mentalityย 
  • Bachelor's degree isย requiredย 
Compensation

The salary range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $170,000 - $225,000, depending on skills and experience.
