Description
Birmingham does not need another financial services office. It needs the right leader to build one.
TruOak Financial Partners is expanding into Birmingham, and we are looking for an experienced financial professional to lead the market from the ground up.
This is not a role where you inherit someone else's team or simply manage existing production. You will have the opportunity to recruit and develop advisors, grow your career, establish TruOak's presence in Birmingham, and help shape the culture and direction of the market.
We are looking for a proven advisor and leader who is ready for greater ownership, stronger support, and a genuine opportunity to build.
As Managing Director, you will lead from the front by producing, recruiting, coaching, and developing financial advisors. You will work directly with TruOak's leadership team and have access to the training, infrastructure, resources, and support of a growing firm while maintaining the autonomy to build a successful local operation.
If you have been preparing for the opportunity to lead your own market, this may be the role you have been waiting for.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $75,000 to $150,000, based on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Medical benefits, vision benefits, and dental benefits
- 401(k)
- Hybrid work environment
- Leadership support and resources to grow the Birmingham market
This opportunity is for someone ready to take ownership of a market and build something that lasts. If that sounds like you, we would welcome the conversation.
