We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Financial Assistant to join our growing office. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with client paperwork and financial documents 

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments 

  • Data entry and filing 

  • Support office staff with daily administrative tasks 

  • Provide excellent customer service
