Who You Are
We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-driven Client Relations Associate to serve as a key point of contact for our customers - building lasting relationships while ensuring seamless order processing and delivery across our portfolio.
What You'll Do
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client partners nationwide and overseas suppliers - with specific attention to order processing, product availability, delivery schedules/issues, and general information.
  • Process and analyze orders against on-hand inventory and pending orders, ensuring stock is in position for programs and key national placements.
  • Protect allocations for national programs and key placements, and optimize orders for container and freight efficiency
  • Manage high-volume order entry and account maintenance in Microsoft Business Central, our ERP
  • Work with, actively interpret, and maintain a complex price list, which includes hundreds of unique wine SKUs with various pricing levels and discount structures.
  • Provide professional and knowledgeable service to a range of clients, from private collectors to distributors, restaurants, and retailers.
  • Handle returns, breakage claims, and customer complaints with efficiency and empathy.
  • Collaborate with all internal and external teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback with the goal of continuous improvement.

What You Bring
  • Previous experience in client relations, logistics, or customer service, ideally within the wine or beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Business Central experience plus).
  • Comfort using multiple tools and project platforms: ERP, Monday.com, etc.
  • Comfortable utilizing A.I. programs to facilitate data analysis and comparison.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and alcohol regulations is highly desirable.
  • Passion for wine, spirits, or sake is a strong plus!
