Role Specific Information

Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

As Associate Relations Advisor, you will execute all associate relations issues, provide detailed data analysis and draw meaningful conclusions from the case management system to better educate managers on associate relations best practices.

What You'll Do

  • Address associate relations concerns, issues and inquiries, including harassment claims, associate conduct and performance issues and accommodation requests

  • Conduct confidential investigations, evaluate cases and provide resolutions for multiple levels of associate relations claims

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all associate relations-related inquiries and concerns

  • Provide coaching to cross-functional leadership

  • Lead performance conversations and give direction on the communication plan for associate(s), draft and monitor counseling sessions and conduct follow-up conversations with impacted associates

  • Collaborate with key business partners for all associate relations-related information

  • Utilize the case management system to document cases, analyze data and identify trends in associate relation issues across Kohl's

  • Partner with associate relations leadership to identify best practices for mitigating case reoccurrences

  • Support the development of all associate relation training materials, templates, and toolkits for managers

  • Lead cross-functional programs designed to establish and maintain effective associate relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures

  • Additional tasks may be assigned
