Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In addition to managing front desk responsibilities, this role includes assisting our print shop by retrieving blueprints for clients. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of handling administrative tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.

  • Input service tickets.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Retrieve blueprints from the print shop and ensure they are properly prepared for client pickup.

  • Assist with office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Provide support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
