Overview:

Prophecy, Prosek's award-winning branding, strategy, and integrated marketing business, is seeking a Vice President, Client Relations to join our growing team in New York. In this role, the Vice President will lead a portfolio of client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor while overseeing integrated branding, marketing, and creative engagements that deliver meaningful business impact.

We're looking for a collaborative, commercially minded leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and client partnership. This person will lead senior client relationships, inspire high-performing teams, and partner across Strategy, Creative, Project Management, Production, Communications, Digital, Marketing, and other specialty teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serving as the senior strategic advisor and executive client lead across a portfolio of branding, marketing, and creative engagements
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while providing proactive counsel that drives business results
  • Leading integrated account strategy across multiple clients, ensuring exceptional client service, high-quality deliverables, and long-term account growth
  • Partnering with Strategy, Creative, Project Management, Production, and specialty teams to develop integrated solutions that meet client objectives and deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Leading strategic planning sessions, executive presentations, workshops, and client meetings across all phases of an engagement
  • Overseeing account profitability, resource planning, budgets, and overall commercial health across your portfolio
  • Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships while contributing to new business efforts, proposals, pitches, and broader agency growth initiatives.
  • Mentoring, developing, and inspiring account management talent while fostering collaboration and high performance across cross-functional teams
  • Guiding teams through complex client challenges, evolving priorities, and difficult conversations with confidence and sound judgment
  • Driving operational excellence by ensuring teams are aligned, empowered, and delivering work efficiently and effectively
  • Building a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes to proactively bring new ideas and opportunities forward
  • Representing Prophecy across Prosek as a senior leader and agency ambassador, helping shape the future of the business by fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, strengthening cross-functional partnerships, contributing to agency initiatives, and identifying opportunities for growth.

What makes you qualified: 

  • 8-12 years of client services or account management experience, ideally within a branding, creative, advertising, or integrated agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting clients in financial and professional services, private markets, technology, AI, healthcare, or other complex B2B industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading senior client relationships and managing complex, multidisciplinary engagements
  • Experience providing strategic counsel to executive-level stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences
  • Strong understanding of branding, creative development, production, digital marketing, and integrated campaign execution
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while balancing client satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability
  • Experience developing scopes of work, budgets, commercial strategies, and account growth plans
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of identifying account expansion opportunities and contributing to new business efforts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Team player mindset and willingness to collaborate across disciplines while developing others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and an openness to leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance collaboration, creativity, and efficiency.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
