Job Description

Allied Universal Janitorial Services, an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a Client Relations Executive. The Client Relations Executive is responsible for reducing customer churn, increasing customer lifetime value, and generating leads for expansion. This person builds a plan for measuring success, while utilizing analytics to drive action. The Client Relations Executive captures customer feedback to identify gaps in service and opportunities to better manage customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Target, discover, qualify, verify, present, and validate additional business to existing customer portfolios
  • Transition additional business with operations
  • High touch with key individuals in the client's organization
  • Develop strategy map for all strategic clients
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Use consultative approach for solutions
  • Prepare and present client solutions
  • Manage negotiations to achieve profit objectives
  • Maintain SalesForce and adequate pipeline to reach goals

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study
  • Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending recruiting and/or networking events)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales and operations experience in the janitorial industry
  • Experience using data to drive decision-making and improve recruiting outcomes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to influence stakeholders and collaborate across departments
  • Leadership skills; ability to coach and inspire others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and utilize independent judgment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities
  • Problem-solving aptitude and negotiation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Prior SalesForce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software experience

PAY & BENEFITS:

  • Salary $80,000/year
  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance
  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
