Job Description

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to join our team! 

The Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative is expected to oversee all samples that come into the laboratory and is responsible for facilitating day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratory. Responsibilities include following sample receiving procedures, interactions with clients via phone, email, and in-person, and other administrative duties. Personnel must be outgoing and friendly as well as capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner. 
  • Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
  • Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project preparation.
  • Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
  • Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
  • Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
  • Provide clients with supplies.
  • Stocking front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff
  • Ability to assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary
Qualifications

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service 2+ years preferred 
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Additional Information

The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on level of experience.

Position is full-time and candidates must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30am - 7:00pm with possible overtime and weekends as needed.
