Job description

Luther Lanard is seeking a Client Relations Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and discuss how our services may be a fit for their needs. Our firm handles transactional and dispute matters for franchisees, and this role will get a chance to speak with clients on both ends of their franchisee lifecycle. This position is ideal if you are energized by talking to people, like to take ownership of your workflow, and want to be part of a growing team where your contributions directly impact the firm's success. What Makes This Role Different Your Voice Matters You'll work closely with the client relations manager. If you see a better way to manage the pipeline or improve the client experience, we want to hear it. Flexibility That Works We offer two remote days per week, plus we understand that life happens, and we're not going to micromanage your time as long as the work gets done. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial consultations with prospective franchisee clients, understanding their concerns and determining how we can help • Make follow-up calls that feel personal, not robotic • Help manage our potential client pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks • Conduct new client onboarding and ensure new clients have a smooth experience from day one • Manage the data and systems that keep the client relations engine running smoothly • Attend 3-6 conferences a year, assisting with business development Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of experience in sales or client service The Attributes That Matter:Strong communicator – you're clear, personable, and professional on the phone and in writing • Organized and proactive – you manage deadlines and follow-through without needing reminders • People-focused – you genuinely enjoy helping people and building rapport • Tech-savvy – comfortable leveraging CRM systems and maintaining outstanding data accuracy • Self-directed problem-solver – you can think on your feet and figure things out independently Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
