  • Coordinate and support daily business operations, serving as a central resource for administrative activities, executive support, customer communications, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide operational and logistical support for projects, including scheduling, travel coordination, documentation management, material tracking, and communication with project managers, installation teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Assist with inventory, warehouse, procurement, and fulfillment activities, ensuring the efficient movement of materials, equipment, shipments, and customer orders while maintaining accurate records.
  • Support accounting and financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, reconciliations, and compliance-related reporting.
  • Contribute to business growth and continuous improvement initiatives by supporting customer service and sales activities, maintaining operational systems and documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and overall business performance.
