GardaWorld is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support field teams and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a structured, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment.


As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in workforce scheduling, administrative support, compliance follow-ups, recruitment coordination, and daily operational support.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator

  • Coordinate workforce scheduling, leave requests, vacation planning, and timesheet follow-ups, including resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Follow up on invoicing, payroll adjustments, and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update internal systems, including schedules, employee records, uniforms, and operational equipment tracking
  • Support employee file follow-ups, including absences, employee movements, compliance requirements, and adherence to company procedures, collective agreements, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training coordination
  • Provide daily support to managers and field teams, including participation in operational meetings and client follow-ups as needed
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and urgent operational situations.

Qualifications and Skills for the Operations Coordinator

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in coordination, operations, administration, workforce support, or a similar role;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, internet-based tools, and workforce management systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operational teams
  • Experience in a unionized, security, or operational environment is considered an asset
  • Experience with workforce scheduling tools, such as UKG, Kronos, ADP Workforce Now, or similar systems, is considered an asset
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
