Heart to Heart ABA — East Orange, NJ (On-site)

Pay: $50,000-$60,000

About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our East Orange team. This person will handle daily logistics, coordinate front-desk and intake flow, and support scheduling and staffing needs to keep our office and clinic running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations: opening/closing procedures, facility upkeep, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility needs
  • Prepare and organize intake paperwork ahead of client arrivals
  • Coordinate front-desk and arrival/pickup flow to keep appointments running smoothly
  • Support staffing coordination and scheduling to maintain consistent client coverage
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming workspace
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement process improvements
  • Maintain compliance-related postings, safety checks, and regulatory readiness
  • Serve as a key communication point for staff on day-to-day operational needs
  • Manage follow-through on administrative tasks with vendors, purchasing, and finance
  • Take initiative on tasks that support overall office efficiency
  • Prior experience in office management, administrative, operations, or healthcare/clinical support preferred
  • Quick learner who can pick up industry-specific processes and terminology
