Job description

INW Phoenix Formulations is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Manager. We are looking for a positive, professional, who is honest, detail oriented, organized and who has the ability of managing and providing exceptional customer service to multiple accounts, each with upwards of $1M+ in sales revenue. You must take initiative and pride in your position within the company.
Position Summary: Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports while ensuring timely production and successful delivery of nutritional supplements.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm in Office position.
Job Responsibilities: to ensure the quality and safety of the product will include, but not be limited to:
  • Communicate with customers, internal departments and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, request and receive purchase orders, address complaints, resolve any issues faced by customers or by operations to achieve accurate, on time delivery.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements for each of their products and understand how that relates to our Company's capabilities.
  • Continuously propose solutions that result in win-win opportunities for INW Phoenix Formulations and for the customers to create long lasting partnerships.
  • Recognize when a solution or opportunity is not the right one for our Company and communicate it in such a way to continue building the relationship.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales with customers.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters relating to the customers' accounts.
  • Receive requests for quote (RFQ) from Customers and work cross-functionally internally to prepare, price RFQ and submit to the President to be finalized.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure customers' orders progress in a timely and efficient manner from R&D concept to production order and on time delivery.
  • Receive, file, maintain and update Customer product documentation.
  • Update and maintain Customers' product pricing quarterly or per purchase order.
  • Coordinate release of shipments between Customer, QA, and Logistics to ensure the timely delivery of product.
  • Coordinate with Scheduling to maintain and update product orders to provide Customers and internal departments with weekly and monthly status updates.
  • Forecast, track and report on account metrics (e.g. sales results and forecasts).

Education and Experience:
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, Project Management or relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Language Skills - Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including executive level.
  • Computer Skills - Must be proficient with CRM Software, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and other business-related software.
  • Mathematical Skills - Accuracy with arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals

Preferred Knowledge. Skills & Abilities:
  • Skilled in active listening, reading comprehension, monitoring, time management, following through, relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, orientation to quality, deductive reasoning, problem sensitivity, social perception, customer service and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
