Operational Execution & System Navigation:Accurately enter, validate, and manage onboarding data across a variety of internal and external systems. Navigate multiple platforms simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail and data integrity.

Process Optimization:Analyze onboarding workflows and recommend modifications to support continuous process improvement, scalability, and risk reduction. Document procedures and contribute to maintaining clear and organized knowledge resources (e.g., Confluence).

Client Support & Documentation Review:Read and interpret semi-technical documentation including implementation guides, and configuration requirements. Support clients by ensuring accurate and timely configuration of multiple systems. Support client needs and requests after project completion.

Qualifications

Systems & Tools Proficiency:Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheet, and Confluence. Ability to navigate and operate within multiple internal and external systems efficiently.

Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey operational processes and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable interpreting and following structured operational documentation and instructions, while thinking critically and adjusting in real time when situations require flexibility or clarification.

Physical Demands:

This position is primarily sedentary and requires extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. The role frequently involves viewing computer screens, reading detailed documentation, and entering data, which may require repetitive hand and finger movements and occasional eyestrain.
