Job description

The Fusion SaaS Program & Services Enablement Leader is responsible for end-to-end execution of Fluke's most strategic multi-year transformation - the Fusion SaaS program. This role owns program delivery, cross-functional integration, vendor and partner roadmap strategy, and business outcome realization across the full Fusion SaaS portfolio - including Finance, Order Management (OM), Revenue Management, Subscription Management and Software subscriptions, CPQ, Services and Service contracts. This is a US-based global role, positioned close to the business decision-makers and the Fluke Leadership team to drive speed, alignment, and accountability.

This role is designed with a clear growth path, starting with Fusion SaaS program ownership and SSO, with the expectation of evolving into the Global Fusion ERP Leader as the program scales into 2028 and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end program planning and execution across the full Fusion SaaS portfolio - Finance, Order Management, RMCS, Subscription Management, CPQ, and enabling systems. Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes across all workstreams. Drive the program from crawl (current) through walk and run phases with clear measurable gates.
  • Partner with Services and Commercial leaders to deliver scalable systems and workflows supporting service delivery, renewals, billing, entitlements, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure systems support complex service and subscription contracts, revenue recognition, renewals automation, and compliance with financial and legal requirements. Drive RMCS and Subscription Management maturity to reduce revenue leakage, improve billing accuracy, and enable compliant revenue recognition across all channels.
  • Own the strategic vendor and partner relationship for the Fusion SaaS ecosystem (Oracle and implementation partners). Drive joint roadmap planning, influence product direction, manage commercial terms, and ensure Fluke extracts maximum value from platform investments across all Fusion modules.
  • Act as the integration point across ERP, CRM, Digital, Data, Finance, and Operations for Fusion-related capabilities. Resolve cross-team dependencies across Finance, OM, RMCS, Subscription, CPQ, and Services workstreams.
  • Actively manage delivery tradeoffs across all Fusion workstreams, sequence work based on business value, and escalate conflicts where capacity or priority misalignment exists. Ensure the Fusion portfolio is disciplined, transparent, and outcome driven.
  • Define and track business outcomes tied to Fusion SaaS delivery - including speed, revenue enablement, cost avoidance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.ย
  • Provide clear, fact-based updates on program status, risks, and value realization to executive stakeholders including the Director Applications, CIO, CFO, and L1 team. Support governance cadence and decision-making forums with data and recommendations, not just status.
  • EMEA Coordination: Partner with the EMEA site lead to ensure continuity of ERP operations during the transition. Maintain operational stability across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and AMS (BPO) while centralizing global ERP leadership under this role.
  • Own the Fusion SaaS program budget - track investment, delivery costs, vendor spend, and value realization across all workstreams. Ensure financial transparency and alignment with expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor' Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field
  • 15+ years' experience in technology leadership with 5+ years leading large-scale ERP transformations (Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP or equivalent)
  • Proven track record delivering multi-year, multi-workstream Saas modernization programs in complex, global manufacturing organizations.
  • Deep understanding of ERP domains - Finance, Order Management, Revenue Management Cloud, Subscription Management, CPQ, Service, Manufacturing and Supply chain management.
  • Program Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs, vendor relationships and executive stakeholders. Not a PMO coordinator - a leader who drives outcomes.ย
  • Progressive and relevant experience driving process improvement
  • Proven ability to develop andย lead a high-performing team of IT professionals, drive accountability and operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Experience managing strategic vendor/partner relationships at the executive level. Joint roadmaps, commercial negotiations and platform influence.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, comfortable engaging with C-suite and L1 leadership.
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizational skills required
  • Experience with FBS, Lean, Agile, SAFe, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree - Advanced degree preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion cloud as well as experience with EBS-to-fusion migration is a significant plus.
  • Visionary Leadership - Displays passion and optimism; Inspires respect and trust; mobilizes others to fulfill the vision
  • Vendor Strategy: Oracle ecosystem experience strongly preferred.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Leadership - Ability to evaluate technology solutions and develop an implementation roadmap.
  • Possesses a collaborative mindset and takes an inclusive approach to problem solving
  • A track record with a bias for forward thinking - a strategist at heart.ย
  • Capable of adapting quickly to change and create followership

Other Information

This position will report to the Director Enterprise Applications and is based at Fluke Corporation's headquarters in Everett, WA. The Leader will work closely with the L1 leadership team, CFO, Services and Commercial leaders, ERP and CRM leads, EA/PMO/LPM, IDC delivery teams, and EMEA site operations. Travel to EMEA, IDC (Bangalore), and other Fluke locations as needed.

This role is intentionally designed as a growth position - with clear progression from Fusion SaaS Program Leader to Global Fusion ERP Leader based on demonstrated execution and business impact.

What Success Looks Like in Year 1

  • Fusion SaaS program has a clear execution plan across all workstreams - Finance, OM, RMCS, Subscription, CPQ - with milestones, dependencies, and value gates
  • SSO is stabilized and optimized - no disruption during transition
  • RMCS and Subscription Management are on a path to reducing revenue leakage and improve billing accuracy
  • CPQ and OM are driving measurable improvements in quote-to-cash cycle time and order accuracy
  • Vendor and partner relationship is strategic, not transactional - joint roadmap in place across all Fusion modules
