Job Description -ย
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience inย program/project management, including 5+ years managingย large-scale IT programs.
- Proven experience inย customer support systems and operationsย (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, custom support portals, or internal ticketing systems).
- Deep familiarity withย SAFe Agile, including Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, and Lean Portfolio Management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs involvingย 5โ10 Agile teamsย across geographies and business units.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, executive reporting, and change management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed SaaS environment.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist certification.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Smartsheet, and Miro.
- Background in enterprise SaaS product delivery.
