Job description

We are seeking a self-starting, outcome-driven Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level client programs from initiation through go-live and successful adoption. This individual will own overall program execution across multiple workstreams, providing strategic client leadership, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level visibility while ensuring programs deliver measurable business value.

The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, connecting business objectives with execution across internal and external teams. A key focus of the role is ensuring strong product utilization by driving customer adoption, feature engagement, and time-to-value.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic operator who takes full ownership of program outcomes, anticipates risks and dependencies, and can lead complex initiatives with a high degree of autonomy. This person should be comfortable engaging senior and C-level stakeholders while maintaining the attention to detail required for successful execution.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Execution

· Own and drive the full lifecycle of complex enterprise client programs, from initial onboarding through successful launch and post-launch warranty support.

· Establish and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive visibility.

· Coordinate related projects and workstreams to ensure they remain aligned to overall program objectives, client commitments, and business outcomes.

· Proactively identify program-level risks, dependencies, and blockers; establish resolution paths and drive decisions required to maintain momentum.

· Maintain strong program governance, including scope management, decision tracking, change management, and executive reporting.

· Champion program success by focusing not only on milestones and tasks, but on measurable customer outcomes and realized business value.

· Drive improved product utilization by enterprise clients, with a focus on feature adoption, engagement depth, and time-to-value realization as core indicators of program success.

Client & Executive Leadership

· Serve as the primary client-facing program lead, building trust and providing confidence, clarity, and strategic direction throughout the engagement.

· Lead onboarding, working sessions, governance meetings, milestone reviews, and executive updates with director- and C-level stakeholders.

· Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their business objectives, priorities, and success criteria.

· Translate complex program, technical, and business issues into clear strategic updates, recommendations, and decisions for business and technical audiences.

· Act as the communication hub for program status, escalations, dependencies, and decision-making across internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Program Coordination

· Partner with internal teams including Implementation Engineers, Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Customer Success to align on program outcomes and execution paths.

· Drive alignment across teams and workstreams without relying on direct authority, ensuring accountability for commitments and timelines.

· Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate client requirements, prioritize dependencies, and support delivery within agreed timelines.

· Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring business and technical needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable requirements.

· Maintain high-quality program documentation, including statements of work, integrated plans, risk and issue logs, decision logs, change documentation, and executive updates.

· Lead program close-outs and retrospectives, identifying opportunities to improve execution, scalability, and customer outcomes.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of project or program management experience, including experience leading complex enterprise SaaS, fintech, or software implementation programs.

· Demonstrated experience managing programs spanning multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and business objectives.

· Strong ability to communicate with all levels, including technical stakeholders, senior business leaders, and C-suite executives.

· Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and lead strategic conversations with enterprise customers.

· Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and complex dependencies.

· Proactive, self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of driving alignment and decisions without constant input.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence and the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with agile or hybrid project and program management methodologies.

· Familiarity with program and project management tools such as ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.

· PMP, PgMP, CSM, or other relevant project or program management certification is a plus.

· Comfort working with product roadmaps, APIs, technical workflows, and enterprise systems integrations; deep technical expertise is not required.

· Experience working in fintech, payments, lending, e-commerce, or another complex B2B technology environment is a plus.
