Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Onboarding Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring technical solutions, providing initial technical training, and ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and technical training for customers.
  • Configure, deploy, and support IT systems, software, and services.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
  • Assist clients with account setup, system integrations, and user provisioning.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and ensure successful client adoption.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting client onboarding, helpdesk, or IT services environments.
  • Experience in client onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting end-users in a managed services (MSP) or IT services environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience delivering technical training to clients.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and remote support tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, are a plus.
