POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Client Onboarding Support Specialist helps new clients launch successfully on Opiniion’s platform by guiding them from signed agreement through implementation, setup, and early adoption. This role is a strong entry point for someone who wants to grow into customer-facing SaaS work while building practical skills in onboarding, communication, project coordination, and AI-assisted workflow execution inside a fast-growing tech company.

You will partner closely with customers and internal teams to keep launches organized, remove friction, and create a smooth, confident first experience with Opiniion. The right person is proactive, coachable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how strong onboarding drives long-term customer success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Client onboarding & launch coordination
  • Manage core steps of the onboarding process for new clients, helping each account move smoothly from post-sale handoff to successful launch.
  • Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to understand client goals, scope, timelines, and setup needs before implementation begins.
  • Keep onboarding tasks, milestones, and follow-up actions organized so customers and teammates stay aligned.
Platform setup & customer guidance
  • Support the configuration and setup of Opiniion’s platform based on each client’s needs and intended workflow.
  • Guide customers through onboarding calls, training moments, and next steps in a clear, confident, and customer-friendly way.
  • Help customers understand best practices so they can adopt the platform quickly and successfully.
Communication & problem-solving
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout onboarding, including progress updates, upcoming milestones, and any issues that need attention.
  • Identify risks, blockers, or confusion early and elevate appropriately so launches stay on track.
  • Work cross-functionally with Support, Customer Success, Product, and other internal partners to resolve onboarding issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client requests, configuration decisions, and launch outcomes.
  • Capture customer feedback and implementation learnings so the onboarding experience continues to improve.
  • Help refine internal playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes that make onboarding more efficient and consistent.
AI competency & operational leverage
  • Use AI-supported tools responsibly to summarize customer context, prepare meeting notes, identify onboarding risks, and improve workflow efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Learn and apply new tools, automation opportunities, and process improvements that increase team leverage and customer clarity.
  • Follow privacy, access, and secure-data practices when using any internal systems or AI-assisted workflows.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired
  • 1+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer support, customer success, training, hospitality, project coordination, or another customer-facing role, or equivalent internship, academic, or hands-on experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain next steps clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple tasks, timelines, and client needs.
  • Comfort learning new software quickly and using systems consistently.
  • Sound judgment, coachability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Interest in using AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly as part of everyday work.
Preferred
  • Experience in SaaS, proptech, property management, or another technology-enabled service environment.
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding, implementation, training, or account setup workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in an onsite, team-oriented environment with cross-functional collaboration.

We believe in collaboration, innovation, and building a team that truly cares—about our clients, their residents, and each other.

BENEFITS SNAPSHOT:
  • Comprehensive healthcare plans, encompassing medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with group life coverage. Opiniion covers 40-90% of the premium cost for employees and all dependents.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with a 100% corporate match on the first 1% and 50% match on the next 5%.
