Job description

Our firm is looking for our next great team member to fill the role of Client Onboarding Coordinator. This position provides support to all team members. We are dedicated to great client service, and this role is key in providing a rich client experience every time. This position involves personal and electronic communications with clients as well as management of office operations.

Recommended skills and qualifications:

· Experience using Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· Ability to adapt and learn new technology

· Ability to work independently and make decisions on the fly

· 5 years of experience working in a professional office environment

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Excellent time management

· Ability to communicate in a professional manner in-person, via email and other electronic means
