Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Onboarding Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring technical solutions, providing initial technical training, and ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and technical training for customers.
- Configure, deploy, and support IT systems, software, and services.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Assist clients with account setup, system integrations, and user provisioning.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
- Monitor onboarding progress and ensure successful client adoption.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting client onboarding, helpdesk, or IT services environments.
- Experience in client onboarding.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience supporting end-users in a managed services (MSP) or IT services environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience delivering technical training to clients.
- Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and remote support tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, are a plus.
