  • Assist advisors with client meeting preparation, including agenda building, portfolio review materials, and research support.
  • Support data entry and maintenance within CRM and portfolio management systems.
  • Help prepare financial planning materials, including retirement projections, cash flow summaries, and benefits comparisons.
  • Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and planning strategies under advisor supervision.
  • Assist with client onboarding documentation and account paperwork.
  • Attend client meetings as appropriate to observe advisor-client interaction.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; rising junior or senior preferred.
  • Strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, or the CFP® path.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort learning new software platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
