About the Role
We're looking for two freelance Paid Social specialists to support a new client onboarding for a leading performance marketing agency. This is a hands-on-keyboard activation role — you'll be in the platforms daily building, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn. Great opportunity for someone early in their paid social career looking to get reps in on a fast-paced agency account.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and/or LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Execute day-to-day campaign activation: audience setup, ad creation, budget pacing, and QA
  • Monitor performance and flag optimization opportunities to senior team members
  • Support tagging, UTM, and creative trafficking as needed
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are set up for performance
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and naming conventions per client standards

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on paid social experience (agency or in-house)
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager required; TikTok Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager a plus
  • Comfortable working independently in platform once trained — this is an execution-heavy role
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven work
  • Available to start within the week
  • Available for a 2-month commitment, full-time or near-full-time hours
