We are seeking an experienced Freelance Allied Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on an ongoing contract basis to source and place top talent in allied health roles such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, radiologic technologists, and medical laboratory professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers via JobDiva ATS to identify staffing needs for allied health positions across US and Canadian markets.
  • Source candidates using Boolean strings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and healthcare-specific boards; screen resumes for technical skills, certifications (e.g., BLS, ARRT), and compliance.
  • Conduct phone/video interviews, assess cultural fit, and manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles; track metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.
  • Ensure all placements comply with healthcare regulations, state licensing, and client requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years recruiting allied healthcare professionals; familiarity with JobDiva ATS preferred.
