Who we are looking for:
The Client Relationship Manager will provide excellent client service, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded through regular meetings and discussions covering service levels and portfolio performance. The CRM will interface frequently with members of the internal leadership team as well as our clients' and will work closely with business development, operational teams, and reporting and analytics. Excellent communications skills and in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services. Operates autonomously. Seasoned individual contributor.
  • Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
  • Compensation: $115-130k

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and maintaining a high level of personal contact with your clients
  • Creating and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction as measured by both internal and client benchmarks
  • Understand the Clients related strategic plan/s for success and collaborate on the implementation/execution of the plan and overall account success
  • Provide tactical support including issue resolution, contract monitoring and renewals, as well as routine processes and deal coordination

Knowledge, Experience, Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years professional mortgage servicing experience required
  • Ability to be conceptual, able to recognize problems from few or subtle clues, and be innately comfortable with complex and ambiguous situations
  • Self-motivated and client centric
  • Knowledge of MSP
  • Understanding of portfolio management and transactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project Management experience and skills, i.e., the ability to manage complex projects and work with a cross-functional team
  • While a CRM does not have any direct report responsibility, they need to move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and directing the work being done
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
  • Flexible, adaptable to change, comfortable working creatively, thrives on team environments, and have sales experience
