Job description

Job Title: Client Executive
Department: Private Client Practice Area
Reports To: Director of Risk Management & Client Services
FLSA Status: Exempt


POSITION SUMMARY: As a Client Executive in the Private Client Group, youโ€™ll build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, deliver proactive risk consultation, and ensure exceptional service throughout the client journey. Youโ€™ll manage a book of business, lead onboarding, support renewals, and collaborate with Advisors to recommend coverage solutions and carrier strategies. Youโ€™ll be a trusted resource for clients, guiding them through claims and policy changes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboard new clients and deliver a seamless transition experience.
  • Proactively manage and retain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • Consult with clients to assess risk and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with Advisors to quote, present, and bind policies for new and renewal business.
  • Lead carrier negotiations and oversee policy issuance.
  • Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct annual insurance and risk reviews; provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in agency systems (e.g., Epic).
  • Identify opportunities to expand coverage for existing clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Support agency growth and retention goals.
  • Travel to meet clients and partners as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (Colorado).
  • Insurance designations (CISR, CIC) a plus.
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ client-facing insurance experience, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
  • Experience with Applied Epic or similar systems is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

  • Pay Range: $70,000 - $130,000/year (Dependent on experience and/or qualifications)
  • Total Compensation = Pay + Performance Bonus (up to 10%) + Benefits

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position primarily operates in a professional office environment. The employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods, use hands to operate a computer, keyboard and other office equipment. The role requires clear verbal and written communication, including use of the telephone, email, and other collaboration tools. Periodic standing, walking, and light lifting or carrying of materials (generally up to 10 pounds) may be required.
