Job Description

We are looking to add a Property Casualty Sales Producer (Client Executive) to join our P&C team.

Responsibilities
  • Actively generate new sales leads through community activities, association meetings, and qualified sales calls, achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Partner with internal team members or experts to provide appropriate coverages during prospect sales meetings and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the client experience team to manage existing book of business and maintain client relationships, addressing changes and delivering documents as needed.
  • Attend all sales-related activities, promoting a positive attitude to support agency changes or growth.
  • Communicate company’s position and development of solutions on industry trends to clients.
  • Ensure overall team accountability with respect to commitments to customers.
  • Encourage and coach team members to build healthy, high‑functioning teams through influencing others.
  • Promote the agency and the insurance industry in the community and perform additional duties as requested.
Qualifications

Education: College degree preferred but not required.

Licensing: Ability to obtain or retain a state‑specific Insurance Agent's License within 90 days of hire.

Experience: Sales experience, preferably in Commercial Property and Casualty.
