Job description

When you're the best, we're the best. We instill an environment where employees feel engaged, satisfied and able to contribute their unique skills and talents while living and working as their authentic selves. We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.

Summary: In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned non-acute healthcare clients, supporting successful onboarding, adoption, and sustained utilization of Vizient and Provista procurement solutions. You will build consultative client relationships, deliver data-informed insights, coordinate cross-functional resources, and establish structured approaches to address client challenges, improve outcomes, and drive long-term value realization and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and strategic partner for an assigned portfolio of non-acute clients.

Develop consultative relationships with key client stakeholders and lead outcome-focused engagements, including business reviews and strategic check-ins. Guide clients through onboarding and adoption of Vizient and Provista procurement solutions while identifying risks, gaps, and barriers to utilization. Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal resources to execute client initiatives, resolve issues, and enhance client experience.

Analyze client performance, contract utilization, purchasing behavior, and savings trends to identify opportunities and root causes of performance gaps. Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives that support client decision-making and value realization. Recommend and implement solutions using established service frameworks to address routine to moderately complex client challenges.

Manage portfolio priorities based on client needs, risk, and service expectations to ensure consistent execution and follow-through. Partner with Sales and Inside Sales to support client retention and growth opportunities while representing client needs across internal teams. Maintain accurate client activity within CRM systems and contribute to the continued development of Client Services tools, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 2 or more years of relevant experience required. Experience in client services, account management, consulting, healthcare, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage a defined portfolio of client relationships, prioritize competing needs, and drive initiatives through completion. Strong consultative skills with the ability to assess client needs, identify opportunities, and recommend actions that improve adoption, utilization, and satisfaction. Ability to communicate complex information through clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations and discussions.

Strong relationship management, problem-solving, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with CRM systems and procurement, supply chain, or healthcare purchasing solutions preferred. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach.

Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00
