$21โ€“$24/hour + on-call bonus opportunities

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Manage and coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure reliable, consistent care
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and families, providing support and solutions
  • Maintain and update individualized care plans with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support and communicate with caregivers in the field and in the office
  • Utilize CRM systems (WellSkyย or similar) for scheduling, documentation, and tracking
  • Assist the Director in maintaining optimal standards of care and compliance
  • Answer phones, assist customers, and handle day-to-day office coordination
  • Participate in on-call rotation (including weekends/after-hours) to support urgent needs
  • Step in to problem-solve quickly and calmly in dynamic situations
  • Assist with light marketing and community engagement efforts
