Company Description
Overview
Epsilon is seeking a Client Growth Coordinator to join a team. As a Client Growth Coordinator, you would help support the relationships and coordination between Account Executives and Client Services, Billing, and other sales support groups through daily contact.
  • Work together to win together: You will work cross functionally amongst several groups to bring in logos to the business and grow revenue. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.
  • Innovate with purpose: You will coordinate internal resources for the preparation and delivery of objective-based solutions for clients. Additionally, you will assist with the rollout of new sales programs/products by reviewing all material for accuracy and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Impact: You will play a key role in supporting and generating new leads and logos to grow Epsilons business through working with our internal teams and potential clients.
  • Career Growth: You will learn a variety of skills such as client management, sales, presentation and project management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic, data-driven recommendations that support client objectives for TV advertising campaigns.
  • Support sales and account teams by providing operational assistance throughout the sales and client lifecycle.
  • Serve as a liaison between cross functional teams including Sales, Analytics, Operations, Product, and client services to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with client leadership to create and distribute custom audience strategies for external agency partners, contributing to incremental revenue growth and expansion outside of core holding company business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflows, implementing enhancements that increase efficiency.
  • Utilize AI tools and adopt innovative technologies and workflows to improve productivity and optimize performance.
  • Create and manage monthly newsletter for client partners featuring key Epsilon data insights and relevant industry trends.

Qualifications

Compensation Range: USD $49,300.00 - USD $91,500.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
