With offices in Dallas and Houston, TX, this primarily remote role sets the tone for positive experiences and helps turn interested leads into satisfied clients, though it may require occasional travel to the office for in-person consultation.

You'll earn a base wage of $15.00 - $23.00/hour (depending on experience) and can earn bonuses based on your sales performance. We also offer:

CLIENT LIAISON REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, customer intake, or professional phone-based role
  • "Closer" mentality with a proven track record of meeting conversion goals, overcoming objections, and confidently asking for a client's business
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, with the ability to remain calm, professional, and sympathetic while speaking with people going through stressful situations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to learn legal CRM and case management software
  • Ability to stay organized and manage competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, effective, and persuasive communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in a law firm, particularly Family Law or Personal Injury
  • Experience using Clio Time Tracking software (or a similar program)
  • Heart for hospitality and excellent people skills

YOUR ROLE AS OUR REMOTE CLIENT LIAISON

You will be the main point of contact for prospective clients, communicating with interested parties over the phone, through email, and over text to demonstrate why we're the right choice for their unique legal needs. As inquiries come in, you'll perform initial screenings and interviews to qualify leads and determine if their case falls within our practice. If it does, then you'll encourage the prospect to book a consultation with the legal team, following up as needed to maintain high conversion rates.

You'll also assist with onboarding new clients, gathering paperwork, and maintaining real-time records. Customer service is key, as you'll be interacting with people navigating difficult situations, and you'll really listen to understand what they need. You'll create genuine connections founded on a desire to help, and the more cases you book, the more our firm can grow.
