We are currently seeking a Client Service Liaison. This is a remote position.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversight of SNF Medicaid pending process from inception to vendor approval.

  • Audit facility efforts as well as provide ongoing education and assistance to facilities.

  • Responsible to track and oversee DA124 submissions, corrections, and approvals.

  • Managed care authorizations to request skilled authorization as needed and submitting follow up documentation to insurance

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Kansas Medicaid

  • Experience in a Business office is ideal

  • Working knowledge of managed care authorizations
