Client Liaison Representative

The Client Liaison Representative serves as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their care journey. This role supports scheduling, coordination, insurance readiness, communication, and continuity of care while helping ensure clients feel supported, informed, and connected to services. This is a highly interactive remote role that combines client communication, problem-solving, scheduling coordination, and administrative follow-through. The ideal candidate is organized, emotionally steady, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule new and returning client appointments
  • Support recurring appointment coordination and continuity of care
  • Verify insurance eligibility and authorization status
  • Collect and document required intake and payment information
  • Follow up regarding missed appointments, incomplete documentation, and scheduling needs
  • Maintain accurate information within CRM and EHR systems
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and payer representatives
