We’re seeking a Employee Benefits Client Manager who will make a meaningful impact by delivering proactive client service, thoughtful benefits strategy, and a high-touch experience for both clients and employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Service Excellence
  • Partner with clients to deliver employee benefits programs that align with organizational goals and workforce needs
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients building strong relationships with HR leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Provide proactive guidance on plan design compliance requirements and vendor management strategies
  • Facilitate client meetings including mid year reviews renewal discussions and wellness strategy sessions
  • Respond to employee and client inquiries with clear accurate and timely information across all aspects of benefits programs
Operational & Compliance Excellence
  • Administer benefits programs including renewals enrollments plan changes and client lifecycle activities
  • Independently manage and coordinate the annual renewal process ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records across systems including benefit plan details correspondence and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including ACA COBRA HIPAA and other applicable laws
  • Collaborate with carriers internal teams and third party administrators to support program accuracy and efficient implementation
  • Support RFP processes carrier negotiations and benefit program comparisons for client decision making
Growth & Retention
  • Support new business initiatives by participating in prospect meetings and contributing to employee benefits strategy discussions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through improved service delivery and expanded coverage solutions
  • Partner with leadership consultants and sales teams to support renewal planning retention and account growth
  • Contribute to expanding the client portfolio through cross sell opportunities and relationship development

QUALIFICATIONS
What You BringRequired
  • Two plus years of experience in employee benefits account management client service or consulting environment
  • Strong client service skills with experience managing multiple client accounts or programs
  • Knowledge of benefits programs including medical dental vision and ancillary offerings
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and industry best practices including ACA COBRA and HIPAA
  • Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and responsiveness
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with self funded fully insured and level funded benefit plans
  • Active Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret benefits data and plan options
