Description
A Client Implementation Specialist works directly with new and existing clients' to develop the role out of products and services to meet the clients unique business needs. This role is responsible for establishing project timelines to meet deadlines and ensure a smooth and simple transition from their current solution to the Segue HR platform. This role requires prior experience in HR and Payroll. Service Bureau experience a plus. You will be responsible for the customer transition experience in areas of training, configuration, and initial product launch. Responsible for problem solving and analyzing client setup through hands on communication with clients during the testing phase of implementation. Must have a proven record of meeting deadlines, excellent communication skills, and time management.
  • Coordinates and completes discovery process with new clients during implementation
  • Gathers required documentation and data to ensure a smooth and simple transition to the Segue HR platform
  • Works closely with product advisor to configure client's system to their unique business needs
  • Responsible for client data entry/import
  • Collaborates with client's payroll, human resources, operations, and IT teams to ensure all needs are addressed
  • Thoroughly tests client's platform environment to ensure functions as expected
  • Conducts and schedules client transition to dedicated support to monitor and ensure client expectations are exceeded

Requirements
Education
2-year degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or another relevant field
Experience
Three to five years' experience in Human Resource Management with a focus on:
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of human resource administration (new hire process, onboarding, FMLA, benefits, payroll)
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, HRIS)
  • Experience with screen sharing such as GoToMeeting, GoToAssist etc
