Job description

Job Title: Product Manager, Client Implementation

Reports to: Vice President of Psychiatry

Employment: Full-Time, Exempt

StationMD is a telehealth company dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). All StationMD clinicians are board-certified and specially trained to treat individuals with I/DD. Clinicians are available 24/7 via telemedicine for urgent and non-urgent medical matters. StationMD also offers scheduled psychiatry to individuals with I/DD. In providing this suite of services, StationMD enables individuals with I/DD faster access to high-quality care and substantially reduces unnecessary medical costs.

Position Overview

The Product Manager, Client Implementations plays a pivotal role in launching and supporting StationMD’s telepsychiatry services across state and provider agency partners. This position bridges growth and operations — ensuring that new programs are implemented efficiently and effectively.

The Product Manager, Client Implementations, will lead partner onboarding from initial engagement through go-live, serving as the primary liaison for state and provider agency leadership. This includes managing project timelines, developing and refining onboarding processes, and coordinating internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

In addition, the role involves defining and implementing technology to support review of new referrals to confirm the presence of required clinical documentation and determine service readiness. Through strong relationship management, project oversight, and process improvement, the Product Manager will ensure StationMD delivers consistent, high-quality behavioral health care to individuals with I/DD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Relationship & Account Management (33%)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (state and provider agency leadership) during implementation and early partnership phases
  • Build and maintain collaborative, solution-oriented relationships that support long-term engagement and success
  • Effectively communicate progress, updates, and outcomes across all stakeholder levels

Project Management & Implementation (33%)

  • Define implementation timelines and deliverables for new clients to ensure on-time, high-quality launches
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (growth, practice management, credentialing, legal, and technology) to meet defined program milestones
  • Proactively identify and resolve barriers to successful implementation

Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement (33%)

  • Assess and refine onboarding and implementation processes to improve efficiency and consistency across clients
  • Develop clear, standardized workflows and documentation that support scalable operations.
  • Review incoming referrals to confirm completeness and appropriateness of behavioral health services
  • Partner with internal teams to design and launch a self-service digital onboarding platform that streamlines client setup and referral management

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, program implementations, account management, product or operations
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through execution
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve processes across clinical or operational workflows by leveraging technology
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and digital tools that support program management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience working with I/DD populations or organizations serving them
  • Knowledge of behavioral health industry
