The Pastry Sous Chef supports the Executive Pastry Chef in leading all pastry and baking operations for a premier western resort in Wyoming, bringing creative expertise and hands-on leadership to a dynamic, guest-focused culinary program. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional pastry quality, consistency, and production efficiency while supporting and developing a talented pastry team in a unique, destination-driven hospitality environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef within a luxury resort, upscale hotel, or similar full-service hospitality environment
  • Strong pastry and baking expertise with a demonstrated ability to execute and develop creative, high-quality desserts, breads, and confections that reflect the resort's brand and western identity
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop pastry teams while supporting senior culinary leadership in maintaining production efficiency and quality standards
