Private member-owned club looking for a fine dining Chef de Cuisine to join their team
What You'll Do:
  • Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate culinary team members during service

  • Manage inventory, ordering, food cost controls, and kitchen organization
  • Ensure sanitation, safety, and health standards are consistently followed
