Job description
We are looking for an experienced chef who loves to work hard in a fast-paced and dynamic chef-driven restaurant environment - with a focus on local and high quality.
Full and Part Time hours available.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area.
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, rolls, and other dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate.
