Major Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with the Channel Team to develop communication strategies and aligned marketing messaging to support channel goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute marketing plans, promotional materials, and co-branded content that drive engagement and business growth.
  • Develop compelling print and digital assets-including emails, presentations, brochures, and webinars-tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand standards.
  • Act as a marketing resource for channel partners by guiding co-op spend planning and promoting the use of approved Generac assets.

Project & Program Management

  • Support key business processes such as onboarding, strategic planning, budgeting, and product commercialization through effective project coordination.
  • Oversee execution of marketing programs, events, and campaigns that promote brand visibility and support channel initiatives.
  • Manage the team's external-facing inbox and ensure efficient triage and task assignment.
  • Lead vendor coordination, including managing SOWs, opening POs, and routing for approval.

Sales Enablement & Partner Collaboration

  • Equip sales teams with content, tools, and marketing support to strengthen their efforts with channel accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with goals.

Data, Reporting & Optimization

  • Provide robust reporting and analysis using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP CRM, and Excel to evaluate marketing performance and inform future strategies.
  • Manage segmented communication lists and campaign content within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support targeted outreach.
  • Track and attribute marketing tactics through a last-touch attribution model, enabling data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
Minimum Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or relevant experience.

Certification / License

Work Experience

5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on campaign management, digital marketing, content creation, or analytics.

Experience managing a budget

Experience in Microsoft programs and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience in B2B and B2C marketing

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Ability to successfully manage marketing campaigns and achieve measurable results

Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills

Strong analytical skills including the ability to work with spreadsheets and databases to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
