Primary Function

The primary responsibility of the National Channel Manager - Water Treatment Dealers is to oversee all aspects of the company's distribution through the dealer network.  The individual will drive the company goals and objectives within the channel.  This employee will use the Company's Guiding Principles as the foundation for decision-making, leadership, and interactions with customers, channel partners, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

This includes the responsibility of developing, implementing, and executing on the division's strategic business & growth plans. This role also includes hiring and managing responsibilities of direct reports with Regional Sales Managers (RSM). RSM's are assigned to support and grow accounts within the dealer channel.  This role would also be responsible for overseeing all administrative supporting mechanisms of current and future dealer customer programs.  Providing long term plans to enable growth and executing tactical implementation of strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years' previous work experience
  • Excellent communication skills and have capacity to engage with cross-functional teams to communicate confidently and effectively
  • Exceptional time management and planning skills
  • Public speaking and presentation ability
  • Ability to be a fast learner and quick developer and willing to learn about the business and understand our approach to the market
  • Travel requirement: Up to 50%
