Job description

Eaton's Industrial Controls Division is currently seeking a Division Channel Manager. This is a remote role based in the US with approximately 25% travel.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.

What you'll do:
This role will be responsible to develop and lead marketing and sales strategies, communications, and growth programs with the Industrial Controls channel partners to exceed sales growth goals, increase profitability, and improve product mix.
Essential Functions:
  • Channel Strategy: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy and programs to Industrial Control channel partners. Set growth goals for existing channel partners including specific products, segments, and customer penetration targets. Manage ICD's target market planning process including formation and execution of agreements. Sets direction for DSR organization's ICD initiatives.

  • Sales Growth: Analyze sales trends with sales leadership, channel managers, and marketing to identify proactive and corrective actions that achieve sales objectives. Collaborate with RSMs to drive engagement, mindshare, and revenue growth. Identify conversion opportunities within channel partners and lead the conversion process.

  • Channel Partner Engagement: Lead channel engagement activities. Partner with corporate channel organizations to enhance channel programs and strengthen partner loyalty.

  • Training: Work with Eaton University and ICD teams to ensure training programs align with partner needs and expectations. Ensure channel partners are properly trained on ICD products and solutions.

  • Performance Management: Develop performance metrics and reporting capabilities that inform stakeholders and drive action. Establish and implement in-stock pricing policies.

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Experience working with industrial/electrical channel partners

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Experience with industrial control products

  • Strong Power BI experience
