This position reports to:

Region Sales Manager Analytics

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy for our Analytical products to improve ABB's market penetration and achieve its growth aspirations. Each day, you will plan and ensure the execution of the business area/division sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned channel in a profitable way with a focus on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid out of the Central or Eastern parts of the U.S, with 30-50% Travel Required. #LI-Hybrid

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Defining and implementing the specified market (global/regional) channel sales strategy, in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensuring regular follow-up to achieve them.

  • Implementing annual performance assessments and forecast processes for channel partners.

  • Ensuring appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities are in place for our channel partners.

  • Designing the policies and relevant standards (e.g., market segmentation, customer due diligence, cybersecurity) to be used globally for channel partner evaluation and certification.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of industry experience is required

  • Experience in Analytics and experience managing channel partners to improve effectiveness is required

  • Ability and willingness to travel 30-50% of the time, domestically and internationally.

  • Candidates must already haveworkauthorization that wouldpermitthem to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $100,500 and $160,800 annually and is bonus eligible.
