Job Description Summary
As an Imaging Channel Sales Manager for our Bone and Metabolic Health product, you will be responsible for working with a set of our Indirect Channel Partners to ensure we are driving market success in orders and sales in addition to both internal and external channel operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage all sales and operational aspects of one or more of GE HealthCare's Indirect Channel Partners and sales channels.
  • Work with Indirect Channel Partner(s) to sell more efficiently.
  • Work in a matrixed environment with Imaging business counterparts to improve processes with the Channel Partners using Lean methods or other continuous improvement techniques. i.e: forecasting methods, configure, price, quote (CPQ), and sales operations.
  • Support processes to allow the channel carry out their duties and do them effectively
  • Manage Product Management, indirect field teams, and BMH Operations team effectively to instill positive culture and drive results.
  • Collaborate with GE Markets and Regions to ensure the channel is appropriately positioned and included in Field Operating Mechanisms to drive market success
  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, pricing, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or equivalent sales experience
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills: Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize ROI on many competing priorities
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Must be willing to travel 20-30% of the time

Desired Characteristics
  • 5+ years of Channel Partner Sales Experience or management
  • Entrepreneurial or start-up company experience.
  • MBA
  • Radiology Healthcare sales or management experience - capital equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of bone density and bone density industry.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
