Job Description:
As Sr Solution Analyst- Channel Marketing & Promotion Management, you will serve as the strategic technology advisor to the Channel Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Growth organizations, ensuring business priorities are translated into scalable, innovative, and value-driven technology solutions. This role partners closely with Channel Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Customer Service leadership to enable profitable growth through best-in-class promotion planning, channel marketing, customer engagement, and trade investment capabilities.
You will serve as the primary technology partner for Channel Marketing and Promotion Management-shaping technology strategy, aligning business priorities, and delivering solutions that improve planning, visibility, execution, financial management, and commercial effectiveness across our channel partners.
This role is central to advancing IT as a trusted business partner by driving commercial transformation through modern cloud platforms, data-driven decision making, AI-enabled capabilities, and continuous process improvement.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
  • Build trusted relationships with Channel Marketing, Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Customer Service leaders by influencing through collaboration, business knowledge, and consistent delivery.
  • Serve as the strategic technology advisor for Channel Marketing, Promotion Management, and customer planning capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain the multi-year technology roadmap supporting Trade Promotion Management, Channel Marketing, customer planning, and commercial execution.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize commercial planning and promotion processes.
  • Lead technology initiatives supporting annual planning, promotion planning, customer business planning, trade funds, marketing programs, rebates, pricing, claims, deductions, and post-event analysis.
  • Enable connected commercial planning by integrating customer, product, pricing, promotional, financial, and execution data across enterprise platforms.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to improve visibility into trade investment performance, promotion effectiveness, customer profitability, and return on investment.
  • Drive digital capabilities that improve collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
  • Leverage AI, analytics, and automation to improve forecasting, promotion optimization, business planning, and decision making.
  • Ensure commercial data integrity, governance, and consistency across customer hierarchies, products, pricing, promotions, and financial information.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions while partnering with solution architects, development teams, and implementation partners.
  • Evaluate new platform capabilities and emerging technologies to continuously improve commercial effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Establish governance, prioritize technology investments, and ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
  • Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams while driving organizational alignment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
  • Bachelor's degree (and/or an equivalent technical degree with four years of experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • 4-6+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions supporting Sales, Marketing, Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Growth Management, or Consumer Goods organizations.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders to define strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of customer data, product data, pricing, promotional investment management, AI-enabled planning, and omnichannel commercial engagement strategies.
  • Experience integrating commercial platforms with ERP, financial systems, pricing, customer master, product master, forecasting, and analytics solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into concise, compelling executive messaging.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Customer Service, and IT.
  • Hands-on, results-driven leader with a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes, continuous improvement, and best-in-class commercial capabilities.
