Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Manager owns the development, execution, and optimization of CNH Capital's digital marketing strategy, driving measurable business growth, customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion across all digital channels. This role serves as the organization's digital marketing leader, translating business and marketing priorities into integrated digital programs that deliver targeted, data-driven customer experiences and business results.
The Digital Marketing Manager is accountable for the strategy, performance, and continuous evolution of CNH Capital's digital ecosystem, including the Customer Data Platform (CDP), lead generation, website, social media, digital advertising, text messaging, and emerging channels. Working in close alignment with the Business Strategy Marketing Manager, this role ensures marketing strategies are effectively activated through digital channels, while leveraging data, insights, and technology to optimize performance, maximize ROI, and strengthen customer and dealer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy and Activation
  • Own the digital channel strategy and determine the optimal mix of digital channels-including web, paid media, social, email, SEO, CDP, and SMS-to deliver business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute channel activation plans aligned with campaign objectives and business priorities.
  • Lead the development and management of an integrated digital ecosystem connecting customer data, content, channels, and marketing technology.
  • Direct execution across owned, earned, and paid digital channels to ensure a cohesive customer experience and maximize marketing effectiveness.

Audience Targeting and Personalization
  • Own audience segmentation strategy, leveraging CDP and other data sources to improve targeting precision and campaign effectiveness.
  • Design, build, and manage personalized customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
  • Establish targeting and personalization frameworks that ensure relevant, timely, and impactful customer communications.
  • Leverage customer, dealer, and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experiences.

Campaign Execution and Content Deployment
  • Lead the execution and delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns across websites, digital advertising, social media, email, SMS, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign deployment, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver campaign assets, content, and channel activation requirements.
  • Establish and maintain scalable campaign execution processes, standards, and governance to drive operational excellence.

Data-Driven Performance Optimization
  • Own digital marketing performance and optimization strategies, ensuring marketing activity contributes to measurable business outcomes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through analytics and testing.
  • Manage channel investments, targeting strategies, and creative performance to maximize engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and improvement plans for future marketing initiatives.

Measurement and Insights
  • Own the digital marketing technology ecosystem, including CDP, tracking and tagging frameworks, analytics platforms, and performance measurement capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs that provide visibility into channel, campaign, and business performance.
  • Serve as the primary owner of digital marketing performance insights, delivering recommendations that inform marketing strategy and business decisions.
  • Drive a culture of measurement and continuous improvement by establishing clear performance standards and accountability across digital marketing activities.

Experience Required
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns across web, social, paid media, and email/SMS.
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and customer journey development.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, optimize performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and aligning execution with strategic objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using marketing technology platforms (e.g., CDP, CRM, marketing automation tools).
  • Experience managing external agencies and digital vendors.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Meta), and website optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
