Role Summary

Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking a Senior Manager, Channel Compliance to lead and scale compliance across ADI's global distribution and eCommerce channels. This role owns the end-to-end compliance operating model, including policy governance, continuous monitoring, audit readiness, and customer screening, ensuring consistency, transparency, and risk mitigation across all channel partners.
A critical mandate of this role is to uphold ADI's regulatory obligations while safeguarding and strengthening the company's 60-year brand reputation for integrity, trust, and quality. The role drives a culture of compliance that reinforces ethical business practices and responsible customer engagement.
This position leads a global team and partners across Channel Operations, IT, Legal/Risk (LRO), Internal Audit, and distribution partners to deliver a proactive, automated, and scalable compliance model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy & Procedure Ownership
  • Own and govern Channel Policy & Procedures, including Registrations Policy
  • Ensure consistent global interpretation and enforcement across distributors and teams
  • Partner with LRO on policy definition while maintaining operational ownership
  • POS vs. ERP Continuous Monitoring
  • Lead monitoring of distributor POS vs. ERP data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identify data integrity risks, reporting gaps, and drive corrective actions
  • Develop scalable, AI-ready analytics and automation frameworks for end customer monitoring
  • Internal Audit Leadership
  • Own Channel teams' engagement and remediation with Internal Audit
  • Ensure findings are resolved and closed timely with sustainable process and system fixes
  • KYC / Verified Purchaser Program (VPP)
  • Own KYC and VPP strategy and execution of operations partnering with the LRO team on implementation of risk definition
  • Drive automation, accuracy, and scalability of customer screening
  • Oversee third-party and home-grown risk tools (e.g., D&B, Enkata, AI agents) and screening efficiency and consistency

Leadership

  • Lead compliance engagement across Channel Operations, IT, LRO, and Internal Audit
  • Influence internal stakeholders and distribution partners on compliance standards
  • Lead and develop a global team of compliance analysts
  • Establish clear roles, accountability, and performance expectations
Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, operations, or analytics roles
  • Strong experience with data-driven analysis and translating insights into actionable outcomes
  • Experience managing audits, escalations, and cross-functional programs across global teams
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence, including root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable corrective actions
  • Demonstrated experience building, standardizing, and enforcing processes to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying systemic issues, mitigating risk, and preventing recurrence
