Job Description
Bosch Power Tools North America is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Channel Management Lead to lead strategic planning and execution across our omni-channel distribution portfolio in North America - inclusive of customers such as Lowe's, The Home Depot and Walmart.
In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement integrated channel strategies with responsibility for sales growth, profitability, promotional planning, assortment planning and new product commercialization plans for omni-channel customers. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, finance and supply chain teams to drive retailer-specific initiatives, elevate the Bosch and Dremel brands, and grow market share.
This role must be located near one of the following strategic hubs: the Bosch Power Tools North America corporate office in Mount Prospect, IL; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA . Associates working fromMount Prospect, IL are expected aminimum 3 days per week on-site.
Channel Manager Lead:
  • Manage sales growth and profitability targets for customers and channels.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies tailored to each key retail partner to drive market share, visibility, and conversion.
  • Develop Go-To-Market strategies and processes for new product launches at omni-channel customers.
  • Develop business cases for investment opportunities to drive partnership and growth with key retailers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to align on annual growth plans, promotional calendars, and strategic priorities for each retailer.
  • Drive product line reviews, assortment planning, and category strategy development with data-driven insights and retailer-specific perspectives.
  • Partner with eCommerce and marketing teams to build integrated campaigns for both in-store and online experiences.
  • Identify retail innovation opportunities across merchandising, pricing, and fulfillment to meet evolving shopper needs.

Team Leadership:
  • Manage and develop a diverse, high-performing team of channel managers, sales analysts and channel operations associates to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Champion a culture of cross-functional collaboration, performance driven accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic direction, performance coaching, and mentorship to support team and business success.

Qualifications
Who You Are:
  • A strategic thinker with deep experience in multi-channel retail environments and a passion for building scalable commercialization strategies.
  • Highly collaborative and able to lead through influence, working effectively across internal teams and with retail partners to drive aligned execution.
  • Comfortable navigating both physical and digital retail ecosystems, understanding how consumer behavior, pricing, and promotions impact sell-through.
  • A data-driven decision-maker who uses insights to shape strategy and continuously improve execution.
  • Strong financial acumen to develop business cases and commercialization plans which achieve both sales and profitability targets.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple timelines, projects, and stakeholders without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings clarity to complexity.

What You Have Done:
  • 7+ years of experience in omni-channel strategy, channel management, retail account management and/or product management within a consumer goods or retail-facing organization.
  • Proven success developing and executing strategies for a variety of distribution partners in the omni-channel space.
  • Experience leading or supporting initiatives across account planning, assortment management, demand forecasting and new product commercialization.
  • Successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to align on retail initiatives and go-to-market plans.
  • Managed or worked closely with specialists in pricing, promotions, or retail analytics, translating complex inputs into clear actionable plans.
  • Familiar with retail data tools and analytics platforms such as Power BI or Alloy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA is a plus.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 to $165,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in the postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
