Job description

Seeking an experienced Senior Channel Operations Specialist to support and optimize a global reseller channel. This role is responsible for managing reseller operations, partner onboarding, compliance, pricing, contract administration, deal registration, and CRM support while ensuring smooth channel operations across international regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a global network of 1,200+ reseller partners.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, offboarding, certifications, and compliance.
  • Support distribution agreements, pricing, deal registrations, and letters of authorization.
  • Maintain partner and CRM data (Salesforce/NetSuite) and resolve operational issues.
  • Partner with Sales to improve channel performance and support complex global opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for reseller operational support and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of channel operations or reseller support experience.
  • 2+ years of channel management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting international channel partners within a technology company is highly preferred.
  • MBA and global channel experience are a plus.
