Job description

Meta's Reality Labs is seeking a Channel Operations Account Manager to support and optimize the performance of our channel partner ecosystem within the supply chain operations organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational point of contact for channel partners across our wearables and consumer hardware product lines—managing account health, coordinating fulfillment workflows, and driving process improvements that ensure seamless product availability across distribution channels.You will lead CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) processes with partners and champion AI-native approaches to channel operations—identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with demand planning, logistics, sales, and partner teams to resolve operational issues, improve channel efficiency, and deliver against key supply chain performance metrics.
Channel Operations Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operational relationships with channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for order management, fulfillment escalations, and supply chain issue resolution
  • Monitor and analyze channel account performance metrics—including fill rates, on-time delivery, inventory levels, and sell-through data—to identify trends and drive corrective actions
  • Lead CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) processes with channel partners to improve demand visibility, optimize inventory levels, and enhance supply chain coordination
  • Collaborate with demand planning, logistics, and sales teams to align channel inventory positioning with forecasted demand and promotional activity
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions to streamline channel operations workflows, surface insights, automate routine reporting, and accelerate decision-making across channel accounts
  • Develop and implement process improvements that reduce friction in channel order-to-delivery workflows and improve partner satisfaction
  • Evaluate operational tradeoffs across channel fulfillment strategies and communicate recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Engage channel partners and internal stakeholders in regular business reviews, sharing performance data and aligning on operational goals across short, mid-term, and long-term horizons
  • Maintain accurate account documentation including partner scorecards, escalation logs, and operational playbooks to support continuity and compliance
  • Adapt channel operations strategies in response to business changes such as product launches, supply disruptions, or partner network shifts, implementing risk mitigation measures as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in channel operations, supply chain account management, or partner operations within a consumer electronics or technology products environment
  • Experience with CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) or similar collaborative demand planning processes with channel or retail partners
  • Experience managing channel partner relationships including order management, inventory coordination, and fulfillment performance tracking
  • Experience using data analysis and AI tools to identify operational gaps and drive process improvements, including proficiency with Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms
  • Experience communicating complex supply chain or operational information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable operational impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements, automation of manual processes)
  • Experience leading channel business reviews and developing partner scorecards tied to supply chain KPIs
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and order management platforms used in channel fulfillment operations
  • Experience managing multi-channel fulfillment complexity across direct, distributor, and retail partner networks
  • Experience working with retail or distribution channel partners in a consumer hardware or wearables product environment
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
